Reserve a Classroom or Resource

If you would like to reserve a classroom in the Language Learning Center, or the Zoommobile or OWL camera for your class or an event, please complete this form with at least 24 hours advanced notice. A description of each of the classrooms is on this page. We will get back to you within a day to let you know if we are able to accomodate your request. Please email mollyarevalo@unm.edu with any questions. 

Fall 2025 Room Reservation Requests: 

• May 5th (8:00am) - May 11th, 2025: Room Reservation Requests Accepted - one request per instructor. 
• May 12th (8:00am) - Aug. 15th, 2025: Room Reservation Requests Accepted - unlimited requests per instructor, honored on a first-come, first-served basis, pending availability
